Acoustic Cutter is a basic audio editor from Digilogue, the creator of the Blue-Line VST plug-in pack, and whilst still in relatively early beta stages is easy to use and with a very clear and well laid out interface. Currently it is only really useful for a quick and easy editor for chopping up audio files, but VST support is coming soon.
