LimeWire

LimeWire is one of the front-runners of the Gnutella clients and development of the Gnutella network in general, and is open source and fully platform independent as it runs on Java. It supports auto-resume and swarm downloads, and has an elegant user interface. However, being created with Java it is quite heavy on resources on a Windows PC.
