Orangator
Orangator is a free beta release, yet very stable of this outstanding synthesizer. However, you aren't allowed to use it in a commercial way. There are 10 independent oscillators, amplitude, frequency, shape modulation controls,16-band harmonics generator with detune, resonance, high/low-pass cutoff, 32-bit reverb, flanger & chorus with linear interpolation and 3 envelope generators, all with real-time MIDI input.
