Quartz AudioMaster
Quartz AudioMaster is a great piece of freeware, you get 4 audio tracks 16 bit 44.1 Khz sample rate, 2 aux buses, with Quartz plug-in support, along with stereo delay, chorus, phaser and reverb already supplied. You also get 3 band EQ, video sync, and mp3 support. On the midi side, you get 16 midi tracks, one midi in, one midi out, a score editor, piano roll / drum edit and a GM/GS/XG Editor. This sequencer is simple to use, and very functional, with great results. Certainly try this out before you go and buy any budget commercial sequencer, as it is just as good, if not better than most of them, and it's free!
