Psycle
Psycle is one of the 4th Generation of trackers, with it being nicer looking and built-in support for VST2 plug-ins, as well as it's own machines. It looks nicer than Buzz, and is just as simple to use. One of its main limiting features of Psycle in the past has been the fact that it had no support for midi input. It now has support for midi input in the latest release, so you can now use Psycle in conjunction with other midi/synths, so you can now use a sequencer rather than the internal Psycle tracker, so that everyone can make use of the great sounds Psycle can make. This makes it, as a stand alone program, just as good as Buzz, if not better. There is now only one limiting factor for Psycle to conquer to actual bring it to the immense levels of its rival tracker, Buzz, and that is the user base, as with a large user base comes more machines, and therefore a more advanced program.
